Sealer/Topical Treatment

ConTec CS-620C concentrated concrete sealer is an aqueous fine particle dispersion of acrylic polymer. Use of this product will give all concrete masonry units tough, water-resistant properties. ConTec CS-620C is proven effective on porous concrete masonry surfaces. Apply it in the field or on the dry side of the production line. Tint ConTec CS-620C using approved pigments.

Applications

ConTec CS-620C is designed to be compatible with all concrete masonry units. ConTec CS-620C should be diluted before using with potable water. Stir well. Use with an airless spray system. There is no need to over apply. Only one coat is required. Apply only when substrate and ambient temperatures are above 64 F. Maintain temperatures for 3 hours or until completely dry.

ConTec CS-620C is available in bulk quantities or packaged in 55 gallon (208 L) drums weighing 480 lb (218 kg) and 265 gallon (1,003 L) totes weighing 2,400 lb (1,089 kg).

HANDLING & STORAGE

Store ConTec CS-620C over a wide range of temperatures. Prevent product from freezing. If CS-620C freezes, it will to thaw to a usable product. Provide adequate ventilation with use. Store as concentrate in original container until just before usage.

ADDITION RATES

ConTec CS-620C application rates can vary, depending on surface 100 to 420 sqft per gallon. Dilute ConTec CS-620 to the appropriate solids level before using. 20% final solids is common but solids from 10% to 33% can be used. Add potable water and mix well.
