Sealer/Topical Treatment

ConTec CS-620 sealer is an aqueous fine particle dispersion of acrylic polymer. It is designed to give all concrete masonry units tough, water-resistant properties. ConTec CS-620 is proven effective on porous concrete masonry surfaces. It can be applied in the field or on the dry side of the production line. ConTec CS-620 can be tinted using approved pigments.

Applications

ConTec CS-620 is designed to be compatible with all concrete masonry units. ConTec CS-620 can be applied with a airless spray system. There is no need to over apply. Only one coat is required. Apply only when substrate and ambient temperatures are above 64 F. Maintain temp for 3 hours or until completely dry.

ConTec CS-620 is available in bulk quantities or packaged in 55 gallon (208 L) drums weighing 480 lb (218 kg) and 265 gallon (1,003 L) totes weighing 2,400 lb (1,089 kg).

HANDLING & STORAGE

ConTec CS-620 can be stored over a wide range of temperatures but should not be allowed to freeze. Should CS-620 freeze, it will not thaw to a usable product. Provide adequate ventilation with use.

ADDITION RATES

ConTec CS-620 application rates can vary, depending on surface from 100 to 420 sq ft per gallon. Optimum coverage rates vary with geographic area. Always consult your ICT representative for recommendations for your application.
