Efflorescence Control Agent, Integral Water Repellent, Dry-Cast Plasticizer

ConTec TS-941 liquid admixture was formulated to enhance the overall integrity of concrete masonry products while minimizing unit production cost. Used properly, this unique hybrid admixture enhances concrete plasticity, increases cement efficiency, and enhances color vibrancy. ConTec TS-941 is also a Tech Shield Water Repellent Admixture System component for concrete masonry construction.

Applications

ConTec TS-941 is recommended for use in the production of standard and architectural block, pavers, slabs, SRWs, curbing products, manufactured stone veneer, and ornamental cast stone. It is particularly useful where conventional efflorescence control agents have not performed adequately.

ConTec TS-941 is available in totes and drums. An ICT representative will work with you to determine the proper dispensing system to match your operation.

HANDLING & STORAGE

ConTec TS-941 must be stored at moderate temperatures and away from direct sun. Never allow to freeze. When stored properly, ConTec TS-941 has a shelf life of 12 months. Avoid creating an aerosol or mist that could be inhaled.

ADDITION RATES

The typical dosage range for ConTec TS-941 is 1-5 oz/cwt. Consult your ICT technical representative for recommendations and guidelines for your application.
